At Alpha Industries Shop, we engineer our returns process with the same precision as our technical outerwear. If your urban expedition gear doesn’t meet expectations, follow our tactical return protocol below.
1. RETURNS MISSION PARAMETERS
Operational Window: 15 days from delivery date
Condition Requirements: Unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
Non-Returnable Items: Grooming & Fragrance products (hygiene reasons), and final sale items marked “COLLECTIONS”
2. EXECUTION PHASE: RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Initiate Return Protocol
Email our support team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) for return
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Mission Briefing
Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return label (for UK returns)
- International return instructions if applicable
Step 3: Package Deployment
Securely repackage items with original tags and include the completed return form.
Step 4: Return Transmission
Ship via your preferred carrier. For tracked returns, we recommend:
- DHL/FedEx for fastest processing
- EMS for cost-effective international returns
3. REFUND RECON TEAM
Upon receiving your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Transit Time: Allow 5-10 business days for bank processing
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. EXCHANGE OPERATIONS
For size exchanges:
- Follow standard return procedure
- Specify desired replacement size
- We’ll ship the new item once original is received
- No additional shipping charges for size exchanges
