Order Processing Time

Our logistics team deploys all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Standard Expedition Gear:
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Cost: £12.95 (applies to all orders under £50)

Free Supply Drop:
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Cost: Free for orders over £50

Note: Delivery to remote areas in Asia and certain international locations may require extended timelines or may not be serviceable. Our team will contact you if your delivery coordinates present challenges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROTOCOL

Mission Parameters

  • Operational Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items: Grooming & Fragrance products (for hygiene reasons) and final sale items marked “COLLECTIONS”

Phase 2: Receive Mission Briefing

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email:

Phase 3: Package Deployment

Securely repackage items with original tags and include the completed return form. For international returns, we recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Phase 4: Return Transmission

Ship via your preferred carrier. For optimal results:

  • DHL/FedEx for fastest processing
  • EMS for cost-effective international returns

Refund Recon Team

Upon receiving your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Transit Time: Allow 5-10 business days for bank processing

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Operations

For size exchanges:
