Free Supply Drop:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: Free for orders over £50

5.3 Delivery Limitations

We cannot deliver to remote areas in Asia and certain international locations. If your address presents challenges, we will contact you.

5.4 Delivery Issues

You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

You may return most unworn, undamaged items with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery.

6.2 Return Process

For size exchanges, follow the return procedure and specify your desired size. We will ship the replacement once we receive the original item at no additional shipping cost.
